Oath of enlistment

I, _____, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God."

"all enemies, foreign and domestic"

We keep the oath even after 50 years and there are millions of us. Sleep well you Traitorous Russian Stooge. And Oh yeah-the Russian "help" means you are not actually my president.

8. The nuclear submarine crews went to sea and stayed submerged for 90 days

during the Cold War playing chicken-of-the-sea between Havana and Murmansk, and elsewhere, for a minimum 6-year enlistment. As a pig boater, I could only admire that stamina at sea.

All that work to become a proficient nuke, and all those months away from home and family to stave off Khrushchev's armada could be made a waste of time if someone does not stop that a**hole in his tracks.

9. I've wondered

if some active military duty should be a requirement for the Presidency. It's one thing to mindlessly recite an oath like Trump but something else to prove one's allegiance with actions. It wouldn't disqualify all the bad apples like, say, Tom Cotton or Joni Ernst, but it would preclude total charlatans like Donald Trump. It might also help to discourage unnecessary and unwise military involvements ginned up by moneygrubbers.
