I worked for MHRM suicide hot line and was told to be very careful, that most suicidal people are also homicidal. They are going out and do not care who they take with them. If it is some perceive enemy, then why not.

Also most single car accidents are suicides. They know that if they commit suicide the insurance company will not pay and they leave a big stigma on their family.
