This Putin flunky actually wants to see the government of the U.S. fail, so that the oligarchs can come in and loot the wreckage afterwards, just as it happened in the USSR.

So far he is succeeding.

"This is not normal" is perfectly correct.

"Normal" business as usual politics is not stopping this.

Every day brings new outrages and abuses, the kidnapping of immigrant children is just a foretaste of how much worse this can get unless an uproar from democrats loud enough to blow Trump's ridiculous wig back is made.

there's only one way we win now to restore our country, and that's to run the goddam table in every election going forward. that's going to be damn tough, especially going up against Trump's bunch. if he isn't stopped in his tracks come January, we lose the union and Putin gets to dance up a storm in Red Square. every election from here out is do or die, and Putin knows it -- our crumbling electoral infrastructure will be put to the test in unimagined ways.
