MSNBC has GOT to cover other stories!

Jesus Christ! Three straight days of nothing but wall to wall coverage of the immigration story! This is disgusting.

Yes I know the immigration story is very important. Maybe it even requires 30 minutes per hour. But THEY ARE NOT COVERING ANY OTHER STORY!

The freaks in the White House are doing 100 terrible things every day and no one is covering it.

MSNBC: Move on to other stories already!

Despite other shit taking place, this remains center stage on the sheer cruelty of Donald Trump's journey to Authoritarianism.

There are plenty of people in the real world who are covering every single angle of what this administration has done. Whether or not that gets news coverage is completely irrelevant.

I can tell you for one that Robert Mueller is doing his job regardless of the news cycle.

In the meantime this is in fact a huge news story so if MSNBC wants to cover it, they’ll cover it.

This is a human rights violation! This is not as you seem to dismiss it at just an "IMMIGRATION STORY". This isn't a story. This is children being ripped from their mothers breasts and stolen from their parents. It is called kidnapping and trumpty dumpty is using them as political pawns for his fucking wall.

I agree with you. It’s always the same with news channels these days, one huge terrible thing happens, which of course should be the top story with plenty of coverage, but the whole world does not stop. There are other newsworthy stories, and much of the coverage is more opinion, than news. Don’t get me wrong, I want to hear the opinion of journalists I respect, but it’s very repetitive and there IS time to at least highlight a few other things.

To our shame, the unfolding story will be memorialized in future textbooks and reams of investigatory reports.

The US government caused irreparable harm to thousands of children, who may never see their families again. The fact that assclown trump, his AG, HHS, etc. are still walking free after this blows my mind. He issued a fake executive order yesterday that was effective in confusing and dissipating the momentum that had built up to stop him. Looks like he truly can do whatever the fuck he wants to do, with no consequences. There's no story bigger than this right now.

they should not ignore the story of president pussygrabber's child-snatching. But it's not the only thing happening. And where is this endless outrage when children (American children at that!) get blown to shreds by gunhumpers? They move on from that quickly enough.

Again, they should not ignore the story, but while everyone is covering that, who is covering the story of this week's republican bill which strips 1.5 TRILLION DOLLARS from social security and medicare? Thom Hartmann covered it on the radio, has it been mentioned at all on TV? Republicons plan to pay for their 1.5 TRILLION DOLLAR gift to corporations and billionaires by stealing our social services. Is that OK? I don't think so.

On the other hand, I blame MSNBC for being a big part in why Trump won. During the campaign they covered him almost exclusively - like a reality show that never ends - and ignored Hillary. At the moment, the GOP and Trump are severing ties with allies, cutting safety nets, killing voting rights and destroying the environment. I would like to see some of that covered, too.
