My gawd, almost every person on DU was yelling into their TVs every night a year and a half ago, watching wall to wall "And now more on the Clinton Email Scandal!" Debating how it would affect her votes. Having on Trumpsters to spew wild-eyed charges of breaching national security. No interviews with Clinton spokespersons on what her platform was, how it would help Americans. No it was constant badgering from the time they started until they left about how Hillary's email scandal would harm her in the polls.

And Trump's coverage consisted of showing over and over his most viral insults of the day, or his latest lie of the day, and discussing how his supporters still support him.

It was a blatant attempt to even out the horse race. Obviously they, like 99% of everyone else, assumed that Hillary would win. All the polls indicated that. So the MSM went on a righteous tear to soften Trump and 'bitchify' Hillary. Criminalize her. Or at the very least sow doubts. Anything they could do to even up the horse race so they would have a STORY. "Its neck and neck coming around the last turn...."

If you don't have a problem with that then I don't understand you.

The MSM, like some of the Republicans speaking out now, are not our BFF friends. They are convenient allies at this time. I'd bet you anything that IF all goes well and Democrats take over the House in November, and further, Mueller comes down hard and Trump is chased out, and Democrats also win in 2020, the MSM news networks will once again be courting every Republican and former Trump supporter as well, to lay into the Dems as they will. And stoke rumours and fake conspiracies to even things up once again.
