but IANAL.

I have learned through watching years of true crime shows on the teevee that civil suits have a lower burden of proof than criminal charges, so I guess it would make sense to file civil charges first. Doesn't mean they can't continue to investigate.

Stay tuned, I guess....

So not sure how much more investigating needs to be done...if it is going to become a criminal case hopefully that’s true and it’s soon.

And they'll be a lot of Income Tax evasions, maybe wire fraud, and they'll be looking at some time even if he pardons them, it'll make it even worse for them because of it. This crime family will be brought down one way or another. They've done to much, and are in deep , deep trouble. That was stupid for him to run knowing his finances and theirs would be gone over with a fine tooth comb, just like others before him, but his, and their arrogance and incompetence was just to great.
