Trump has opened the closet door, and every hater, racist, and psychopath has tumbled out into the public spotlight. Seems that Virginia Republicans have nominated a mad dog who wants to make America uglier. Welcome to today's Republican Party where insanity is the norm.

Meet Corey Stewart

• Stewart has promised voters a "vicious" campaign for the Senate seat against Tim Kaine.

• He's a man after Trump's own heart. Per the Washington Post, when the crowd at his election night party chanted "Lock her up!" Stewart said: "That might just happen, by the way. And Timmy, too. Oh, we’re gonna have a lot of fun between now and November, folks.”

• He called Paul Nehlen, a "pro-White" congressional candidate, his "personal hero" last year, according to WaPo. He has since disavowed Nehlen.
•
• He was the chair of Donald Trump's Virginia campaign during the 2016 election, the Richmond Times-Dispatch reports, "before being fired for a rogue anti-establishment protest."

• He said Tim Kaine's son should be send to Guantanamo, per the Times-Dispatch, because of charges from a left-wing protest.
•
• Kaine called Stewart: “A cruder imitation of Donald Trump who stokes white supremacy and brags about being ‘ruthless and vicious.'"
•
• He sat down for an interview with Mike Cernovich — part of the self-described "new right" —for an interview after being fired from Trump's Virginia campaign, and was endorsed by a "prominent member of the neo-Confederate movement," per CNN.

1. This is who Republicans are. Democrats need to pin Stewart to the GOP.

2. The racists are being exposed, but also getting bolder. That is making it harder for all Trump

supporters to deny being racist. I would accept a Trump voter that admits to having made a huge mistake. They denounce him and his racism now and I'll buy it. I'd better start seeing more of that soon or I won't have much use for any republican, even some that have been long time friends.

4. The GOP is now the DEPLORABLE PARTY........

Avowed racists winning primaries is a sign that the once Republican Party has become Trump's DEPLORABLE PARTY. Giving White Nationalists or NAZIS a public platform is dangerous and causes more divide. It also creates a system that opposition is to be squashed.

This country is lost if those still clinging to the dying Republican party do not speak out and say what they stand for rather than against everything Democrats support. The US will become what it has hated for decades, a DICTATORSHIP.

5. The Va GOP has lost control

The Va GOP has done just about everything it can do to put him away but their hardcore base isn't having it. After several failed runs they hoped Stewart would go away but he won't. After the Shad Planking (big political desk here) last year in which a supporter hired a plane to fly over with a revel flag the regular supporters adandoned him en masse. Didn't matter. He relished it and funds kept coming in. Aside from the Hanover County type teabaggers I'd guess that a lot of his money comes from the SCV and other Neo-Confederate Nazi type organizations.
