NK Media says NK doesn't have to move toward denuclearizing until the US does

North Korean state media is saying that Trump explicitly agreed to lift sanctions on NK and halt "war games" (joint military exercises with South Korea) — and that North Korea doesn't have to move toward denuclearizing **until the US does**
