Watching ABC TV news regarding unemployment.

Lowest since 1969.

And it has benefited us regular people how, exactly?

Interviews with "experts" basically geared to lowering expectations.

As expected....

I blame the multinational corporations. They are too big to exist.

3. Unemployed or underemployed?

They may have low unemployment numbers, but everyone is underpaid.

6. nail, head.

there are also people who aren't looking because they went back to school or stay at home.

unemployment may be down, but the employment numbers still aren't where they should be.

moreover, yes, wages are only just starting to show some upward pressure after stagnating for decades.

9. EVERYONE IS UNDERPAID!

My dad supported a family, in the late 60s, on the equivalent of 100k today. With a job anyone with common sense could do.

5. W's adminstration had legs from the Clinton administration as well.

We went into a recession. W's administration also hid expenses.
