Spanky is flapping his gums again, bragging about *his* leadership
of NATO and talking about how much money they've "collected" because of him (which isn't how NATO works). He broke into Jens Stoltenberg's remarks to insist that he give him credit for increased defense spending. Stoltenberg diplomatically thanked him for his help.

Also, I just learned that nobody from the US before him has ever tried to negotiate trade agreements with China.

I wish the cameras would pan to the Sec Gen because I'd love to see his facial expressions, but I suppose he's too much of a diplomat to roll his eyes too obviously.

Has anybody sat his fat ass down yet to explain to him how NATO works? Or does it just go in one ear and out the other?
Not only does he brag about himself ad nauseam, but he can't even seem to do that without putting others down. He always has to make someone else look bad while promoting himself. The true sign of a weak, insecure individual.
