Congress Needs Behavior Scientists & Buddy Puppies not Chaplains

There are too many religions to cover, am I right.

However, there are generic human issues we can all agree on. Integrity jumps forward.

How wonderful or potentially helpful if professionals stepped forward and said things like "that is cruel" or "honestly is healthy" or whatever it takes to get team Congress to do the right thing.

As with any human gathering, their are some seriously bent people serving in Congress.

A puppy session could really help some struggling with their nagging inner angels.
