The media keeps trying to setup a false equivalency with the President Obama's appointment of

Ronny Jackson as the White House doctor, which is the director of the WH Medical unit, and the nomination of him to lead the VA.

Those are vastly different responsibilities and requirements, and trying to paint the appointment of the WH Doctor as equivalent to the nomination to head the VA is another disingenuous attempt by the media to feed upon the ignorance of the American public.

In 2006, while still in Iraq, Jackson was selected as a White House physician. Since arriving at the White House, he has directed the Executive Health Care for the President’s Cabinet and senior staff, served as physician supervisor for the Camp David Presidential Retreat, held the position of physician to the White House and led the White House Medical Unit as its director. He has served as White House physician during the past three administrations and was the appointed physician to the president for President Obama.

One can see that he tried to reach across the aisle by the bite marks on his hands! Next time just send the Orkin man before moving in to the WH.

when the pukes took over? He might have felt he can be more open with his drinking with Sessions and all the southern bourbon and whisky republicans. They all think they can overstep and nobody will notice when they gain power.

instances of misbehavior by senior military officers. I'd bet that neither Bush nor Obama was ever told about any of the problems with Jackson, and neither they nor their staff would have been informed. Many long-time alcoholics, especially those who have responsible jobs, are able to hold it together for a very long time before anyone notices. But even if he had been as pure as the driven snow and had never had so much as an overdue library book, he'd still be unqualified to be the head of the VA.
