Trump Supporters Are Not Pleased
I don't know if this was already up but . . . the Trumpster's supporters are not pleased about the Syria strike. Love the idea of Alex Jones crying over this; his hero betrayed him.
![]() ![]() ![]() Which means this limited strike will have limited value. When you can't get the loons to support you, it's Mueller Time!! http://thehill.com/homenews/media/383147-conservatives-trump-supporters-slam-trump-over-syria-missile-strike

1. I thought any bomb dropping on any brown person pleased them?
It is hard to keep up with crazy, sick assholes.

2. Crazy is an understatement
Over in Freepton, they're saying Trump is playing 4D chess with Putin and Assad.

6. The Trumpster wouldn't win a game of . . .
checkers with Putin. He's hoping Vlad doesn't spill the beans, making him look anymore guilty than he already does.
There was a rumor out there, however, that the Trumpster would come in hot and heavy with the missiles, and then Putin would--in a prearranged setup--tell the world that Russia was no longer supporting Assad. More or less throw the former optometrist to the wolves. According to the narrative, that outcome would make the Trumpster look like the . . . Man, forcing Pooty to kneel (as if he'd ever agree to that) and taking Assad out at the same time. A theater moment. With Assad's supporters dancing in the street an hour after the strike, I don't see the predicted narrative playing out. Nikkii Haley's comments at the UN--that we're locked and loaded if any more chemical attacks occur is on the same level. Theater of the grotesque. |

3. Yeah, well . . .
consistency is not their strong suit, Elliot. That being said when Savage and Jones and Coulter are howling their displeasure, I feel a shiver of happiness up my spine

8. It's the old . . .
Trump is a Dove, Hillary is a Hawk thing.
The irony is that the very people--the alt-right wingers--who sold that bogus message are now upset that the Trumpster is the total fraud he always was. And the voters who bought into it? Hoodwinked all the way. Another case of the fantasy bubble being pricked by the Hair That Ate New York. Ugh! |

14. They do not believe the US should waste its soldiers or treasure on countries not attacking us.
Libertarian view, basically.

9. Yeah, well . . .
Hannity is a special kind of crazy, joined at the Trumpster's hipbone. This whole Trumpster/Russia thing is very unlikely to end well for Mr. Sean Hannity.

10. He's not crazier than Alex Jones
In any case, it does seem like most of the Trump-heads are happy with the Syria bombing. The outliers seem to be the craziest of the crazies.

11. I don't really care what . . .
ring of craziness Hannity vs Jones or Coulter or Savage are in. Every layer that's peeled away--the multiple disillusionments, the blink-blink acknowledgments of the Trumpster's inconsistency, crassness, unfitness--are a good thing.
Because over time as with an onion, the Trumpster's core, hard and bitter, will be revealed even to the crazies for what it is--something to discard. |
