But Ghoulianni is so disgusting, I figured he was worth divorcing. Hiding assets could be part of the deal.

Is there any way to go after those assets if it turns out the divorce was a sham?

if it could be proven that either of the divorces was for fraudulent reasons? If it is all about trying to avoid the consequences of prior criminal acts could the applicable wife(wives) find themselves in legal jeopardy for participating in a fraud?
