all he would need is a room with a window (or even just close enough to get a signal)

Where does he get all of that and who pays for it all. Hell, who cuts his hair? I think I might have to find an embassy to move into.

Ecuador pays for his room and board. About two years ago I read (in the Guardian, I think?) that Ecuador had suggested (at the time) it deserves compensation for housing Assange in its embassy.

I have a good friend and neighbour, a retired soapie star, who was once married briefly to George Assang. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/George_Assang

George was the father of Brett Assange, who became Julian's stepfather. The name is not French, as many people assume, but a variation on Au Sang, a Taiwanese/Chinese immigrant ancestor.
