..that the NRA and the GOP's proposed solution is to allow guns in schools which they think will prevent school shootings. The sign is pointing out the absurdity of that logic. It's not really that complicated.

Kids can't bring a food product to school because of the off chance it might hurt a few students.

The NRA/GOP want guns in school which stand the chance of doing way more harm to way more students.


Not to mention no, they aren't already gun free zones since many schools already have armed guards. Including, I believe in Parkland.

with armed LEO on campuses, as long as they are willing to use their weapon and training when needed. (Arming teachers is a really, really stupid idea.)
