Sheboygan Police looking for public toilet clogger

SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WBAY) - Sheboygan Police are trying to find out who is clogging a toilet at Deland Community Center.
It's been going on for over a year, police say.
The suspect is using a 20 ounce soda bottle to clog a toilet in the women's bathroom. Police say the suspect is inserting the bottle into the pipes.

1. That's not as disgusting as what was going on years ago at my college

in one of the men's dorms. Someone who got nicknamed "The Mad Bomber" regularly clogged toilets with the substance you'd expect a toilet to get clogged by. In really large quantities. This went on for quite awhile and I don't think they ever find out who the culprit was.

It's been 7 years and I remember coming back to Leatherneck on my way home and having a real shower for the first time in months and seeing those signs posted in the bathrooms and laughing so hard. It had a stick figure on it and everything. To the best of my recollection it said, "No masturbation allowed in the showers" and gave the reason as it clogged the pipes. Now I need to dig back through my deployment pics to see if I can find it, lol!

We had a "Phantom Shitter". Guy was leaving "doody" in the showers, on the deck in Fan Rooms, once in "Broadway" (the main passage through the Engineering spaces).

Didn't go over well for him when he got caught.
