This asshat (and the term seems so fitting here) is the sheriff in Butler County, just north of Cincy. It's Boehner country and home to the theaters that wouldn't show Milk or Brokeback Mountain.

He is such a dick. He's got this big Harley that he rides around wearing his uniform...just like riding a horse out in the old west.

And, by the way, he shouldn't have that cityscape behind him. Might as well be the NYC skyline - he's got the same jurisdiction in both cities. NONE ! His county is a couple big commuter communities that are growing and then a bunch of cow farms.
