UTAH Kids Walked Out Across the State - KSL Pics & Vids

At this link you will find an article that includes pics and videos of all the Utah schools that participated.

The comments by the kids are brilliant and heart warming.

1. The only reports I have heard from Arkansas:

Kids a Little Rock Central High walked out with the support of the administration.

Arkansas High in Texarkana had about 200 walk out.

Bentonville High suspended a student - not for walking out - but for distributing flyers trying to organize a walkout.

5. It got better.

The School Board voted to threaten detention for any students that walked-out. Naturally, the majority of kids walked - probably a lot more than would have walked out absent the threat.

Good rule: Don't dare high school students to do something.
