Such a gripping visual: There are 7,000 pairs of shoes lined up outside the Capitol. Each represents a child killed by a gun since Sandy Hook. #NotOneMore

inspecting border wall mock-ups. It's raining, too, probably won't leave the helicopter.

in the face of all these student's deaths.

They'll never figure out that a real life, who is walking around and talking, is more valuable than their right to play with gunz.

But they think a tiny lump of undiffentiated cells have to be protected at all costs.

You can't be, or say you are, "pro-life" if...

...you care more about your own access to massacre machines than about the lives that those massacre machines snuff out.

...you support unfettered, unregulated, wanton, reckless access to any damn guns you want.

...you deny or doubt that climate change exists, or that it's human-caused.

...you're pro-death penalty.

...you support funding cuts to programs supporting low-income families and needy children.

...you're not that concerned about the plight of our war veterans in need (meh - they volunteered!).

...you're not that concerned about reckless politicians who beat the drum for war (creating MORE veterans in need).

...you don't give a damn about the hurricane victims in Puerto Rico - who just "want everything done for them."

...you want regulations that keep us safe, keep our water clean, our food safe, and our environment protected, done away with.

...you'd rather vote for more prisons than more funding for our public schools.

...you see no reason why we need to safeguard the social safety net (for all those "lazy moochers" dontchaknow).

...you don't give a damn about the Dreamers or those "huddled masses yearning to breathe free" (meh, they should go back where they came from!) .

Mexico, Venezuela, Jamaica, Costa Rica and 90 other countries all have a higher homicide rate then the US and since this definition of children includes teen gang members 17 to 19yo isn't really what most people consider "children".

The actual definition of children would be a young human being below the age of puberty.

Of course it won't mean a thing to any Congressional Republicans, but to actual human beings it really hits home. So many children, too many guns, and too many nuts who want to use those guns in the most horrendous fashion.
