night in AZ, where we don't change our clocks. I believe clock management is a service webmasters subscribe to and it looks like one of them dropped the ball.

Edited to add: a quick check shows Yahoo still doesn't have the clock right in AZ, although they've fixed the sunrise/sunset times, which tripped me up last night.
