I am convinced that Wilber Ross has been freeze-dried, and that a tape of selected old quotes is played when he appears on screen. So I'm not sure when they will replace him with a living person.

My bet would be on John Kelly. It's odd: Trump wants him to push Jared out, and Kelly has suggested that Trump needs to do it himself. Trump is furious about this. Thus, I think Kelly will be out of the White House relatively soon.
