With severe narcissistic personality disorder, can Trump's body survive all the negative press?

Evidently narcissistic people have very low self-esteem and they need constant positive reinforcement and attention. Will having the world focused on him and him being nothing but a big fucking joke cause his brain to short circuit so badly he will sooner rather than later kick the bucket?

In just one year he seems to have aged about 5 or more years mentally and he seems to be losing touch with reality more and more every month. I am not sure he can sustain much more of this. The scary thing is, the more out of touch he becomes the more dangerous he becomes to the world.

That is why his staff insulates him. He only watched fox news and they give him a daily dossier with pro-drumpf articles to shield him from the the truth. in reality he thinks he is adored because that is the only message he sees.

6. yeah he complains about "fake news" when he sees it, but...

i think he feels like WE all see it the same way. That we all see the media as a big of a joke as he does, and that the majority of americans love him. He was all over, for instance, the CPAC poll where he polled 93% approval. anyone who is not an idiot knows that if you poll Naizs even Hitler is going to get a 93% approval rating, but drumpf is stupid, and he sees polls like that and beleives that is the real america, not the "fake news lies" about him.

It is said he watches shows like CNN and Morning Joe. Whether he believes it or not, people saying he is an idiot and incompetent has to get under his skin big time.

I remember when Fitzgerald started to nail some of Bush's people and checking out Free Republic. Someone said, "Deep down we all knew this was coming."

People lie to themselves all the time to keep their sanity but deep down the doubts persist and they may subconsciously know they are fucking up and not loved.

I'm sure DT is positive he's winning the Alec Baldwin twitter battle, even though he's looking as pathetic as ever. Unfortunately, it's not his body that I'm worried about. If he ever cracks from the stress, that could lead to a monumental episode of narcissistic rage (not just screaming at people like Hope Hicks), and he has the power to start a nuclear war.
