I think I know where the idea for tariffs on aluminum comes from. Mitch McConnell
KY is a serious player in the aluminum industry here in the US. Several thousand people work in the aluminum industry at several plants. trump, and Mitch, can't deliver on bringing back coal, so now they turn their attention to aluminum. In turn, Mitch will do his best to do whatever trump wants.

1. Well that and he has done this to personally make money somehow, of course.
Problem is he is really dumb and he will harm WAY more of us than he will help.

3. of course he doesn'tcare about US. And he get's his real money under the table.
It's only the poor US taxpayer suckers that actually send $s to the Treasury.
Congress-critters get a mere pittance ($200,000+?) for their fantastic service to US. Of course this doesn't pay for fine mansions in the DC suburbs as well as keeping little Spousey happy at home. Let alone the accoutrements that eating/living/fucking well entail (can't let down our constituents expecations!!!) Gotta fund this through some back-alley dealings. (The back-alley is known as K Street.) |
