Nancy Pelosi's Windfall Tax

I just received a long email re: this tax -- an exact copy of the email circulating back in 2006, which was debunked several times. I have to wonder if this email has been bouncing around since then, or if it got resurrected just in time for the mid-terms.

Either way, it's pretty scary. It even asks you to re-send it to two people, but "a hundred is better." I guess "they" are hoping people will just read it and go ballistic, but not bother to verify it.

but try to be clearer. I remembered that fake news letter, but many here wouldn't. Say right out, I got a misinformation email, that went around in 2006, or in what ever words that suit you. No one will wonder what you are talking about. The title "Nancy Pelosi's Windfall Tax" set the mood. Maybe "Fake Email:Nancy Pelosi's Windfall Tax" would have been better.

I learned this stuff the hard way and forget often.

I was clear. I received an email that goes back to '06. I did not say anything about Nancy. Cool down, dude.

Ok, fine, I'll be clear: I can't believe this email is still making the rounds. It's been debunked. OKAY?????
