STEP 3: User who filed complaint receives message asking them to confirm they really want to be a narc.
STEP 4: Employees assess whether threat came from an account small enough to shut down.

There are still a few Nazis who are verified on Twitter, but because they call themselves "nationalists" or some such nonsense, they remain verified. They remain verified when they attack Jews or question the Holocaust. Since they withdrew verification for some Nazis, the policy is clearly inconsistent. I report every attack on Jews and every Holocaust denial post, and get nothing. It says in the complaint form, "this post attacks a group of people." Clearly they think it's something worth reporting, yet all I get is a form response.
