their reporters, gets no media coverage. Had Trump not received all those billions of dollars in free media coverage, he would never have survived the primaries. Anyone who doesn't believe that his antics won't be modeled in the next campaign is fooling themselves. Each candidate will be out to prove that they're the next "Trump" who can garner all that free media coverage by demeaning his competition and seeing what's the most outrageous things he can say, do, and get away with.

It also wouldn't surprise me if the Democratic candidates tried it too. After all, there will be a lot of candidates out there vying for the nomination, and trying to separate themselves from the pack and the squeaky wheel gets the grease, because the networks are looking for ratings not a qualified candidate capable of leading our nation. The Dotard is into his second year, still dumber than a doorknob and has no interest in learning what he doesn't know because he doesn't have to know anything. He's survived this long with absolutely no idea how our three branches of government are run, how bills are passed, and how government services are financed and paid for.

She has nothing good to say about 45 and the GOP, she’s been in the trenches and survived with grace. A slip or a poorly chosen word can’t be “fuck her” worthy or we will never have a coalition.

The business about siccing the mob on her was serious enough that at the end of that rally the Secret Service actually came and got her and personally escorted her to her car to make sure she got away safely. When she picked up her cellphone messages later she found multiple frantic messages from her mother (who had been watching in tv) insisting she get the hell out of there asap.

When she finally came face to face with Trump I think he tried to put the charm on her like they were pals, then he actually kissed her before she could stop him. She was horrified, because if that got on camera and her bosses (or anyone else) saw it, she felt her credibility as a journalist would be destroyed.

She's a journalist doing her best, not a partisan. Someone downthread dinged her for saying "Democrat" once instead of "Democratic." Read her book, get the backstory. She knows exactly what Trump is, and it ain't pretty.

MSNBC giving her a show after the election was the least they could do, after what she lived through. I've watched her learn this part of journalism on the job, and she's doing better all the time.
