I prefer to add the "President" nomen when speaking of Pres Obama. I leave it off when talking about Trump.

I suppose that is disrespectful to Trump, but that's kind of the intent.

1). I believe that there is some protocol of which I once read that a former President is technically to be referred to by the highest previous office that they once held. Hence it would be Senator for Obama and Governor for Clinton or George W. Bush. But I don't now the precise details of that, nor is it important.

2). How was George Bush referred to during the Obama Administration by the ones whom are calling for this?

3). Trump is so entirely disrespectful of pretty much everyone and every group, why do I care about how he is referred to or his predecessors?

4). If you want a friend in Washington, Get a Dog.
