Any company that makes store brand food already has the equipment, the warehouse space, the trucks and the personnel to do this program. Find the store-brand food manufacturer Trump owes the most to, and they'll be the one to get this contract.

Massive agri-business will capture that market in one day, making things worse for poor people and everyone else. Better to allow people to shop normally and restrict some items like tobacco and alcohol (likely already is done).
