Penn State has an amazing Ice Cream Lab

as part of it's leading Agriculture Department. They also have a renowned Linguistics School.
Maybe it's time for the University and it's Alumni to start being proud of what a fine academic institution it is instead of a place with a good football team.

I LOVED getting ice cream from our Agricultural Department at Nebraska.

4. I spent part of my childhood in Lincoln, and once in a great while we would get in the car and drive

and drive to campus to get ice cream there. My parents met at UNL and so we would walk around and they would talk about their time there. Loved that ice cream, and the memories. Thanks for reminding me.

Laboratory ice cream tends toward the 'full of air and additives' sort, because ice cream is a simple and pure product that can be mastered with 5 ingredients and a brain.
