Remember "Our Lawyer is a Jew" by Roy Moore's wife?

Roy Moore's Jewish lawyer voted for Doug Jones, raised money for his campaign

The Jewish attorney that Roy Moore's wife touted employing in an attempt to fight off claims of anti-semitism is actually a longtime friend and supporter of Senator-elect Doug Jones, who defeated Moore last month.

Richard Jaffe is an Alabama defense attorney hired by the Moores to defend their son, Caleb Moore, against drug charges in 2016.

Jaffe told the Washington Examiner he has been close personal friends with Doug Jones for over 30 years and he both contributed to, and raised money for, his campaign.

The Birmingham based lawyer walked alongside Jones as he took center stage to deliver his acceptance speech and plans to be in the DC Senate gallery on Wednesday as Jones is sworn in.

There are a lot of true Christians, I personally know a lot of people that are true Christians. But no one who voted for Moore is a Christian, even if he did not have a propensity for banging young teens, so much about him was wrong and evil.

Or talk to a staffer at the YMCA or YWCA. Or if you see homeless people getting fed and given warm clothes in a local park, stop and talk to the people that are providing the services, talk to them about their faith and what is important to them, you may come away with a new perspective. By no means am I a Christian, but I do respect the ones that are true to the best claims of Christianity, that group does not include anyone that would support a person like Roy Moore.

As a Warm Deist, I never presuppose that other people's beliefs are invalid unless their DEEDS show me that they are hypocrites. You take the position seemingly out of hand that the beliefs of even real Christians are invalid because they believe something that YOU believe is not true, what a condescending and arrogant state of mind. I don't know if there was or was not a person named Jesus, such knowledge is beyond my comprehension as an earth bound being. What I do know and do see is that nature seems vast and complex, too vast and complex to have been the product of chance. A deist goes through a lifelong search for the image of God. Recently an object passed through our solar system that defied ALL the scientific laws that define how objects move within our solar system and Galaxy, should Christians use that to say that science is invalid? Fake Christians will, but true Christians seem to respect science while also believing that there are things that science does not and can not describe.

Yiddish was/is the language of European Jewish people who migrated to the U.S.A. Still spoken by some, very few..but we are trying to keep that language alive.
In Jewish neighborhoods in large cities, 1900 - 1940.. that was the language spoken, and my grandparents spoke it.

Oy Vey..............definition:

exclamation
exclamation: oy vey; exclamation:

,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,indicating dismay or grief................. (brackets mine:...similar to ..."Oh My"...)

religious Jewish communities - especially in Israel. Hebrew is considered only for prayer by the very religious. My own family spoke it when they wanted to speak in front of the "kinder" without us understanding.

used to teach Yiddish and head up Yiddish book clubs until she died at 92. I used to have to get her the books here in NYC as they were so hard to find (this was long before Amazon). Even that book store has closed down. But I noticed all the yiddish when I was in Mea Sharim in Jerusalem.

Right afterwards...

"This swearin'-in ceremony is illegitimate! The vice president didn't say 'If anyone has any reason why this swearin'-in should not take place, speak now or forever hold yer peace.'"

(Doug Jones whacks Roy Moore upside his empty melon head...)

"It's a Senatorial swearin'-in ceremony, you dumbass. It's not a wedding and even then it wouldn't count because who the hell would marry you anyway? Grow the hell up, already."
