No mulligans. They need quality REPLACEMENTS, but even those will get corrupted until we ditch qualified immunity. Theyll fix themselves when their pocketbooks are on the line. ACAB.

My brother was a Cop...he was a good guy and did not engage in this behavior. However, he knew other police did.
