Actually, since they don't intend to win by conventional means, like persuading voters to vote for them, money and campaign strategies don't matter. They will just declare Trump the winner and get red state legislatures and decentralized militias to enforce it.

When I hear pundits discussing traditional campaign and vote getting methods, I wonder where they've been for the past 8 or 9 years. Trump intends to force his way into the WH. His entire "strategy" is geared to that.
