This video does a great job of explaining the differences in prioritizing civilian safety between Netanyahu's war in Gaza and the US war in Iraq. Clearly, Netanyahu has a vested interest in keeping this war going and it seems clear he doesn't care about innocent civilian deaths.

It would be good if CNN gave their videos an ID number at the bottom of the screen, so you could refer other people to them on sites like Yahoo that don't allow external links.

Short of the rest of the world stepping in and rebuilding Gaza and giving the Palestinians an optimistic future, I just can’t see the he the cycle breaking. Using “the US serge in Iraq” as an example of how to do the military thing correctly was a stretch. The US has never acknowledged the numbers of civilians killed in Iraq.
