(3,095 posts)about a week later than usual. The battles begin soon. The Lewis woodpeckers and northern flickers are healthy and stable.
But
.the mockingbirds, evening grosbeaks, and kingbirds are disappearing.

.think I get one more feeder. I have two up one hanging, and one on the window. Love the window one, I get a real close up of them. 🥰 🥰 🥰
I should say too, a male and female Baltimore Oriole hit the finch feeders. Always funny watching them try to drink out of the humming ear bird feeders.

(31,206 posts)So we have both, there was a bit of activity today with both birds. There may be more females but I have to see them together to know. The female acts as if shes got a nest, and maybe eggs. Im very happy about it too, and I do have a feeder on the windowsill that the female came to today
