dog whistle for rape': Trump attorney bashes part of Stormy Daniels' testimony

his request for a mistrial, Trump attorney Todd Blanche said that one of Daniels' answers on the stand was "a dogwhistle for rape."

Blanche referenced a list of questions and answers that he said were prejudicial and unfair during Daniels' testimony. The list included an anecdote from Daniels about choosing a workplace that required adult film actors to wear condoms and later saying that Trump did not wear a condom during the alleged sexual encounter with her.

"That has nothing to do with the false business record, but it’s so prejudicial. It’s a dog whistle for rape,” Blanche told the judge.

but if the shoe fits wear it.

Why is he raising this now after not objecting when she was testifying ?
Because he wanted to use it to get a mistrial.

He might not have paid her if it was just a casual or even serious affair. It's precisely the details -- the spanking, the coercion, the lack of a condom -- that make it more credible that he paid her off to keep her quiet.

This is relevant because Donnie could (and may) claim that the payoff was actually for a business purpose after all. The prosecution needs to establish that the money was not for a business purpose, otherwise there's no fraud.

And here's the kicker: Donnie could have stipulated that he had sex with her and then they would have had a decent argument for not allowing any testimony about that, having acknowledged they had sex. But no, Donnie continues to deny it, forcing the prosecution to lay out evidence of the encounter.

he knew she had DNA evidence (ejaculation) for proof without a condom.
He had to shut her up.

Get on the stand conman and deny that it took place.
He can't because she may have saved some DNA and he is a compulsive liar.

She must not have preserved it.

He may not have known that of course. But she has never claimed to have any.

E gene carrol did however. But because it was a civil case she couldn't force him to be tested.

Extreme pressure. Financial, emotional, power, physical intimidation, it all came into play.

But force? No, she isn't claiming forcible rape.

Plus, it might be difficult for Trump to find condoms that fit. Guess he could use a finger cot.

I thought this was supposed to be about tsf using campaign funds to pay a sex worker not whether or not his frucking mushroom dick was smaller than most or he lasted not as long as most.

Please, steer me in the correct direction.

…by putting her on The Apprentice. It was a one-night stand, not an affair, and he strung her along in true Trump fashion (are you watching his charade about choosing a VP candidate? ) …I say it was a legit career because being a porn actor or producer is legal and btw hugely popular. She was invited to dinner and a business conversation about her future — not there as a prostitute, but he treated her like one. She never even got dinner.

Part 2: he showed no fear of having his behavior revealed until he ran for POTUS. The money at that point was to make sure his campaign was not shaken up. Hence the campaign interference charges. The story about his concern for his wife’s feelings is a bad joke.
