(20,595 posts)so, whether there was no brain to begin with OR the brain is now eaten same result: currently no brain.

It's like when you hear the first part of that song "Come Sail Away" by Styx

(1,681 posts)Well, I warned you:
The reason that most Westerners know KPop now is thanks almost entirely to this monster earworm:

(18,980 posts)I can start sending you Babymetal or Ningen Isu. My favorite is The HU, I'm hoping to see them with Iron Maiden later this year.
Kpop does thend to stick with you throughout the day. My teens have become hooked on it.

(1,681 posts)A bottomless well of KPop to call upon. Comes from being in college with the kind of people who loved it. Plus, I was a huge fan of J-Pop before that, thanks to getting into Hana Yori Dango, sort of the Asian Pride and Prejudice.
Not much of a fan of Iron Maiden, though. Just not my thing. The hardest thing I could handle was early AC/DC, Van Halen and some of the 80s hair bands.
That's more my speed, LOL.

(1,375 posts)An ear worm happens when a song, often a bad song, lodges in your mind and refuses to leave. "Honey" by Bobby Goldsboro, for example. Maybe a brain worm happens when a particular word or phrase gets stuck in your head.

(11,349 posts)Or at least no undercooked meat.
Of course, worms can invade via other than food.
I have a severe fear of internal parasites/bugs. We had roaches growing up and I slept with cotton balls in my ears.
Every time my ears would ring I'd swear it was ants.
Yeah, I'm a bit neurotic.

(91,154 posts)A good sushi chef needs good light and sharp eyes as well as a sharp knife. I bring that up because he mentioned having been on a tuna binge, and it turned out he was referring to the raw kind.
I like sushi, but have no way of knowing whos preparing it any more, so am not partaking.
Pork must always be well-cooked, and the restaurant guy who told me it was fine to have wild boar medium-rare in the middle because it was raised on a modern farm was imo fooling himself.

(23,320 posts)I wash most vegetables, but I had no idea that worms can be on them when I pick them up at the grocery. Between potential parasites in meat, worms in vegetables, insects in grains, and pesticides in everything, Im afraid to eat anything anymore.
