Justin Timberlake And Jessica Biel Took Over A Photobooth With Hillary Clinton
And the photos are EVERYTHING.

Somewhere, Donald Trump and his tiny hands are very, very jealous.

Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel hosted a fundraising luncheon for Hillary Clinton on Tuesday, and it looks like everyone had a ball. The event, which was held at the TimberBielís Los Angeles home, also included a photobooth.

Letís just say HRC and her loyal subjects made the most of it....

Oregon collects $25.5 million in marijuana taxes since start of the year
By Noelle Crombie | The Oregonian/OregonLive August 22, 2016 at 6:30 PM, updated August 23, 2016

Oregon medical marijuana dispensaries have sold an estimated $102 million in recreational cannabis since January, when the state imposed a 25 percent sales tax on pot.

The state has collected about $25.5 million in marijuana taxes in the first six months of the year and is on track to meet state economists' projections.

The latest tax figures, released Monday by the Oregon Department of Revenue, include the start of marijuana-infused edibles sales. The products include a wide variety of snacks, sweets and drinks and were available to anyone 21 and older starting in June.

Mylan Execs Gave Themselves Raises As They Hiked EpiPen Prices

Mylan Execs Gave Themselves Raises As They Hiked EpiPen Prices
by BEN POPKEN

EpiPen prices aren't the only thing to jump at Mylan. Executive salaries have also seen a stratospheric uptick.

Proxy filings show that from 2007 to 2015, Mylan CEO Heather Bresch's total compensation went from $2,453,456 to $18,931,068, a 671 percent increase. During the same period, the company raised EpiPen prices, with the average wholesale price going from $56.64 to $317.82, a 461 percent increase, according to data provided by Connecture.

In 2007 the company bought the rights to EpiPen, a device used to provide emergency epinephrine to stop a potentially fatal allergic reaction and began raising its price. In 2008 and 2009, Mylan raised the price by 5 percent. At the end of 2009 it tried out a 19 percent hike. The years 2010-2013 saw a succession of 10 percent price hikes.

Hillary Clinton will likely have a unique chance to remake the federal judiciary

Hillary Clinton will likely have a unique chance to remake the federal judiciary
Updated by Matthew Yglesias @mattyglesias matt@vox.com Aug 22, 2016, 10:00a

Hillary Clinton has the capacity to do something that almost never gets discussed in the campaign: change the ideological landscape of the federal judiciary for a generation. It could be one of the defining features of her legacy.

In part, that will be a consequence of getting to fill the Supreme Court vacancy left open by Antonin Scalia ó creating the first progressive Supreme Court majority in decades and opening the door to much more expansive efforts at progressive legal advocacy.

But it more subtly reflects a Clinton administrationís likely impact on lower courts.

Ratings Change: 7 States Shift Toward Clinton in Electoral College

Ratings Change: 7 States Shift Toward Clinton in Electoral College
Democrat projected to win 332 electoral votes ó she needs 270 to win

Posted Aug 22, 2016 5:00 AM By Nathan L. Gonzales

Donald Trump appears to be drowning in the wake of the conventions.

The GOP presidential nominee was in a precarious electoral position even before the conventions because of his high unfavorable ratings and penchant for controversial remarks. The four days in Cleveland were supposed to unite the GOP but appear to have done the opposite, as Trump has lost ground to Hillary Clinton in national and swing-state polls.

While the overall numbers in the Electoral College havenít changed, certain key states appear to be slipping out of Trumpís reach while a few reliably Republican states are coming into play. Weíre changing the ratings in seven states toward Clinton and just one in Trump's direction.

What if Trump won't accept defeat?

What if Trump won't accept defeat?
As their nominee unravels, Republicans worry where his scorched-earth, rigged-election rhetoric leads the GOP and the country.

Donald Trump is on track to lose in November and to refuse to accept the legitimacy of that Election Day result. Thatís a problem not just for Hillary Clinton but for both political parties and the country. For everyone, really, other than Donald Trump.

By hiring Breitbart Newsí Steve Bannon, a media provocateur in his own image, and accepting the resignation of the man who was supposed to professionalize him, Trump is signaling the final 78 days of his presidential campaign will be guided by a staff that indulges his deeply held conspiracy theories and validates his hermetically sealed worldview.

The 4 ways Republican lawmakers are warning of a looming GOPocalypse

The 4 ways Republican lawmakers are warning of a looming GOPocalypse
By Amber Phillips August 22 at 12:05 PM

After Trump's terrible first few weeks of the general election, actual Republican elected officials got in on the doom and gloom action. That doesn't mean they're not voting for their party's presidential nominee. They're just saying that his campaign could mean the end of Republican congressional dominance ó or even the party itself.
