That is just a rumor that I have heard. Has anybody else heard of a rumor like this? From what I have heard, he is losing popularity in his home state, and might want to go elsewhere, however, this is just an unconformed rumor.

Aren't they both in the same state?

Ventura might want to be senator, according to the rumor.

3. "I'm Hoping He Runs for President as an Independent"
I saw an interview (pre-Sep 11) in which he refused to rule it out. His issue was the treatment of third parties in the debates and other forums.

If Jesse runs for President, he'll draw at least 10% and probably more, mostly from Red voters.

It's amazing how many elections have been significantly affected by a third party candidate--1968 (Wallace), 1980 (Anderson), 1992 (Perot), and 2000 (Nader). Any decent Democrat will win in this scenario.
