Google Alito + Vanguard and you will get lots of stories on this. Also search the same in yahoo news. Looks like the Vanguard case is going to be the big story. - LSK

I have edited this article to bring it into line with some of the other topics in the research forum. Basically it seems that having big text excerpts is pretty pointless - simply providing links to other source articles makes it much easier to browse, and saves a considerable amount of space, particularly on topics which will probably grow quite large. Take a look at the previous version to compare. -- EarlG
