7. Hate to bring it up. But lots of us black folk see this kind of

thing all the time. Rules change, goalposts get moved, etc., in our job situations and most everything else. It's a pecualiar kind of disaease that seems to happen a lot when a black person enters the room.

They will twist the rule every which a way they can think of to justify their desire that Obama just can't cut it. We see it a lot.
