Lock yo Doors! Lock yo Windos!
Edited on Thu Apr-14-11 09:46 AM by nalnn
The Xtians are gonna burn down the whole country after seeing this! There's gonna be riots and mayhem on a scale never before seen in Amerika because of this single artist.

Imagine, the Lord defamed by potrayal as a female with 'b**bies'! There's gonna be blood! BLOOD I tell YA!

Link to the blasphemous image.

Honestly, I get scared whenever I get on a plane and there are passengers dressed in their Christian garb.

p.s. Hide your books, or the Christians WILL burn them. And then behead you.

p.p.s. :sarcasm:

And the Xtians were more into burning than beheading.

3. You become your enemy. Your words speak truth more than you realize.
Disembowel, quarter, burn at the stake, behead etc. are some if the christian ways.

7. Were
Were some of the christian ways. Haven't heard of any of those punishments being doled out by the local parish priest lately...Maybe I missed it.

to make the laws, that many people would be burned at the stake... or just be disappeared.

You scoff at the idea, but if we are not vigilent, it COULD happen here. I have no doubt of that.

13. No, I scoff not.
Scribes and Pharisees as they were once called (and how I describe Christians like those who you detail above) still exist. They still twist the laws and they still punish and kill those who disagree with them.

No doubt at all that it could happen here, however; it is not just the Christians you need fear in that respect. Chances are they will never gain power here as they did 200-300 years ago.

15. Yes
"Out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaketh" as they say.

Reminds me of a dream I had the other night: My wife and I were touring Japanese restaurants and everything I ate gave me heartburn. Wouldn't you know it; when I awoke, I had heartburn...really bad too. :(

Of course, it could have been the two bowls of Pralines and Cream I had before bed...

16. Missed the sarcasm huh?
It's ok, it's the internet. Actually, I was making fun of the quote from Juan Williams. It was not a description of my own feelings toward others.

How's that knee?

9. I'm frightened of the thought of what some would do
if they were in power. Just watched "Secrets of the Dead" Battle For the Bible episode, that covered the dangers faced by religious reformers and those who translated the Bible into English. It was the account of the efforts of theologian John Wycliffe, scholar William Tyndale and Archbishop of Canterbury Thomas Cranmer to produce Bibles in English that included their own interpretations of the Scriptures.

Of special note to me was the fact of Tyndale being burned at the stake for his "crimes." So yes, there is a love of burning people and things that seems to go hand in hand for some christians.

14. You sound just like
the teabaggers wanting to outlaw shariah law. There is no chance of either happening but it sure froths up the rubes.
