When does Congress go on Winter break?
Just trying to figure out how much time this Congress has to pass all their bills before the new Congress comes in (January 3 I think). Don't they go on break before Christmas for like two weeks?

1. Talk about a great job..
Do nothing all year so they can take a two week vacation to do nothing.

2. I've been trying to figure that out myself.
Whatever the plan is, they can be kept in session longer, up until January 3 as you have noted.

3. It's up to Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi to say so.
No doubt they will adjourn before Christmas and won't return until after the new Congress convenes in January.
