what can they do? They are outnumbered aren't they? Just ignore them. They are such a small fraction of the American public aren't they almost insignificant. Call their bluff. ;

1. I think they threatened to primary him in the next election. He should
still should move ahead.

The Republicans and the Media are always telling
Obama to Sista Soulja the Liberals. I think
it is time for Boehner to Sista Solja those Racicals.

4. Then A Quarter Of his Representatives Lose Primaries, Sir
Then most of those seats are won by Democrats, as Republican vote totals nation-wide plummet by at least twenty percent, with a gain of about half that in Democratic totals.

5. Just yesterday, Mr. Boehner was saying there was no daylight between him and the Tea Baggers
I don't know if Boehner can shift that fast. But he knows that unlike Obama, he doesn't have the luxury of alienating such a large segment of his base. He and the Republicans need every last supporter they can get, no matter how loony.

7. The Tea Party is just a reflection of what the big boys want the people to think
So I don't think it's the pressure from below that will get to him. From above--yes.

9. I hope not -- the Dems have caved way too far.
I'm hoping a government shutdown will give the Dems some spine -- or at least a whiff of GOP blood in the water.
