Wisconsin 2011 = Florida 2000?

By Kay Daly

A voter fraud bonanza is underway in the State Supreme Court races in Wisconsin. Election Day has come and gone, but calls for recounts and threats of lawsuits are growing louder due to the slim 204 vote margin that liberal JoAnne Kloppenburg holds over the conservative Justice David Prosser. This election was supposed to be handily won by Justice Prosser since during the primary, Kloppenburg had only received half the votes that Prosser had in his column.

John Fund, author of "Stealing Elections: How Voter Fraud Threatens Our Democracy" and Wall Street Journal columnist reported on several key developments that turned this once quiet race into "Florida.....but with snow." Union thugs have made this special election a referendum on WI Governor Scott Walker's union bill. Moreover, with an eye on the upcoming and potential court docket and only a slim 4-3 conservative majority, turning over the control of the Wisconsin Supreme Court to liberals became a worthwhile investment to the unions.

1. If we the people, and our Democratic "leaders" allow it to happen again, then yes
Why should the Fascists change anything in their playbook, when our compliance assures its success, over and over again?

5. Since it was such a close race, ...
It kicks in an automatic recount, which is paid for by the taxpayers.

If the victory was by margin that exceeded the automatic recount, then
the losing candidate would have to fund a recount if wanted.

Otherwise, we the taxpayers have to pay for the Wisconsin recount.

8. Sorry, wrong. Wisconsin has no automatic recount.
Here are the rules if you would like to be accurate: http://gab.wi.gov/sites/default/files/publication/65/re...

11. This is really a surprise to me.
...The petitioner/ candidate has to request the recount. When the difference in vote is less than .5% (It is about 0.014% in this election), there is no cost to them - it is paid for by the state (US). But wait - Walker said we're broke! Where will the $ come from? I see Prosser has opened a website asking for donations to the recount.

12. Thanks ...
So, a candidate has to request it.
It's still within the threshold where the Wisconsin tax payers have to pay for it.

Again, thanks for the update.

9. Agreed. People not from WI want to get paranoid before anything starts.
I think we are going to have a clean and honest recount here just like Minnesota. This is not going to happen behind closed doors.

10. WHAT? Opti-Scan ballots may not be hand counted without a court order!
HEre you go, folks:

p.16
OPTICAL SCAN TABULATING EQUIPMENT
may be reprogrammed to count only votes cast in the office being recounted, or only the botes cast for a referendum if the recount concerns a ref question.

After being regested in Step #8 by the board of canvassers and the candidates or their representatives the ballots will be re-tabulated by the optical scan equipment. The ballots may not be hand counted without a court order. Wis Stat 5.90 (2)_
