Per Daily Kos: Some absentee ballots still need to be counted in WI SC race
So now we move on to the absentees, and almost assuredly, a recount. Hang on to your hats!

UPDATE: Some folks are saying that absentees have been counted. First off, military/overseas ballots only had to be postmarked as of yesterday, so those will still come in. Second off, some media reports indicate that not all absentees have been counted:

Madison city clerk Maribeth Witzel-Behl said absentee ballots submitted on Monday far outpaced the absentee count from the presidential primary of February 2008. The ballots havent been counted yet, but the high turnout is said to likely benefit Kloppenburg.

1. FALSE: Absentee votes were counted with the other votes, except maybe a few now remaining.
