2. A very poor OP headline
I believe this is a major problem that this country faces

When we try to tilt the court one way or another we take
the rights away from people. The courts stand for equal justice for all.
Is this what we want??, to have the courts rule according to their biased views or rule by law??

7. Duh--blonde moment; I should have known that!
It's one of the very first lessons you learn in paralegal studies; the stucture of the national, state and local court system. Pardon me while I kick myself (this is REALLY embarrassing!)
