3. You can see the horsehair that someone in the chatroom mentioned
Just kicking it for the afternoon crowd before I go grocery shopping.

The people who work the camera go in for closeups. So this should be pretty interesting when the hatching starts.

6. Sure! Just when I was at the grocery, lol!
A friend sent me a note and said that momma got up and rolled the eggs over. Friend said she pictured watchers grabbing screen shots to study for holes. And there you were among them! :hi: Thanks for the peek.

Ooooh, she just got up again.

9. Bookmarking this thread for tomorrow.
I have a whole bunch of screen shots. If I get motivated (fat chance) I'll post some others.

I haven't felt like doing much lately, personal life a nightmare, but this perked me up.

She's so beautiful, the wind was terrible and she kept pulling more twigs and grass, whatever the nest is made of, inward to protect the eggs.

15. The screenshots...
do you just do Alt + PrtScn and then paste them into another app? I tried this and it worked but is there another way?

25. Changing of the guard w edit for grey blob

I just press print screen and open photoshop, paste and save. I keep the layers so I can keep 10 shots or more in one document. Then you can select and copy one layer.

It just looks like a little grey blob but I put a white square where you can see the little beak.

18. First hatch happened early Sat 4/2...
...the site is reporting that the next hatch is coming soon!

I wish mama would move. I understand why she doesn't though! It's windy and
cold up there.

Can't wait to see these baby eagles!

I've been cleaning my kitchen and popped in for another look. Seems like I missed another closeup viewing of the first hatchling a bit ago.

"Check your local listings." Really, it is fascinating. Informative, touching, and humorous.
