2. GE didn't do anything illegal, that I know of, on this point
It is of course outrageous that they paid no taxes, but they are just playing the game that Congresses and Presidents have created over decades.

We really have to pound on Congress with, "Are you fucking kidding me that I pay more taxes than GE?"
