Wisconsin: More court action ahead

Madison -- Court action isn't done for the day on allegations that a legislative committee violated the state's open meetings law.

A hearing is slated for 1 p.m. on a separate case brought by acting Dane County Executive Kathleen Falk and others.

The case brought by Dane County District Attorney Ismael Ozanne will return to court for a hearing on March 29.

Both cases -- by chance -- are being heard by Dane County Circuit Judge Maryann Sumi.

1. So is there a chance that judge would put out warrants

for every republican who violated the open meeting law? Or any other of the laws they broke?
